We highly value the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. That's why we offer a clear and honest warranty and product policy. This page explains everything about the warranty period, how to claim under the warranty, any exceptions, and what applies to personalized products.


Our quality guarantee

We do everything we can to deliver high-quality products. Should there be a problem with a product, you can count on our warranty terms:

  • Bedding : 6 months quality guarantee

  • Gadgets & electronics : 1 year manufacturer's warranty

The warranty period starts on the day you receive your order.


Procedure in case of defect

If you receive a defective product or experience a problem within the warranty period, please follow the steps below:

  1. Please report the defect by email to info@miyana.com and state your order number, product name and a clear description of the problem.

  2. Assessment by our team : we sometimes ask for photos or videos so that we can properly assess the defect.

  3. Solution : Depending on the situation we offer:

    • Repair of the product

    • Replacement with a new one

    • Refund of the purchase amount

We aim to make this process as quick and smooth as possible, usually within 14 days of notification.


Exceptions to the warranty

Our warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Normal wear and tear from use.

  • Damage due to improper use , incorrect maintenance or careless handling.

  • Damage caused by your own adjustments , repairs or modifications that were not carried out by us or the manufacturer.

  • Loss or theft of the product.

Please note: in these cases we cannot claim under the warranty.


Personalized products

Some products are custom-made or personalized (for example, with a name, date, or color of your choice). Additional terms and conditions apply to these products:

  • Non-returnable : Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or manufacturing error.

  • Accurate specifications : The customer is responsible for providing accurate specifications (such as size, color, or text). We cannot be held liable for errors resulting from incorrect information.


How do you report a warranty claim or product problem?

  1. Send an email to info@miyana.com

  2. Always include your order number , the product name and a description of the problem .

  3. If possible, please attach photos or videos of the defect.

Our team will review your report and contact you as soon as possible to provide an appropriate solution.


Treatment period

We strive to:

  • To respond to your report within 24 hours .

  • To provide a solution (repair, replacement or refund) within 14 days .
